House and Land Packages
Finding the right block of land for your home design is essential. When selecting a house & land package, you must consider a block that’s the right size and shape in the suburb you want to live.
We have a number of house and land packages either 'available now' or 'coming soon'. Get in touch with us to find a suitable package that meets your needs.
Dual Occupancy
Dual occupancy homes consists of one block of land with 2 dwellings. We are specialists when it come to designing and building Dual Occupancy homes whether your an investor looking to maximise your income or a homeowner wanting to give independence to family members.
Project Management
We provide a Project Management Service as an alternative to a fixed price contract. In exchange for a Project Management Fee we will provide our contractors and material at cost price providing you with full transparency of the building costs without builder mark ups. Our Project Managers will ensure timely and quality delivery of the building process from design to hand over.
Residential Townhouse/Unit Development
If your planning on building units or townhouses we can help. We have the expertise and experience to navigate through the process from design, council approval, construction and handover.
